At Pawdog, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

During busy periods, holidays, or high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is usually 7–15 business days, depending on your location and the product ordered.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, customs processing, holidays, weather, or other events outside our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email where available.

Please allow a few days for tracking details to update after your order has been shipped.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Pawdog is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Please include your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue so we can review it and make it right.
